Class Overview
Today in class I figured out how to insert an image into an HTML using URL. Then I found out how to insert an image by saving it on the computer. I used this to insert an image of a smiley face and then a header and a navigation bar.

Banner vs. Header
A Header is something you put on the top of a websites page. This image usually contains the title, a logo and sometimes a tagline. A banner is different from a header. A banner is mostly used for advertising purposes an a site.

Class Overview
Today in class I posted about headers and defined what a pixel is. I also took a screenshot of a website and used Photoshop to crop the header.
Headers
The recommended size of a header for a website is 1000 x 90. This measure is in pixels. A pixel is like an atom, it is the smallest part of a screen's image.
